Series of illustrations for a short story by Alexander Kuprin written in 1907. At the centre of this satirical story is the rabid reactionary professor who resists all social change and longs for the good old days when "the rod and morality walked hand in hand”.

These series of illustrations have been shortlisted among the 346 finalists of The Bologna Children's Book Fair 2024.
